Community Corner is an NHS service dedicated to combating social isolation and helping people live well within their communities.
Join us on Monday, 15th December, from 4:45pm to 7pm at St Luke’s Church for a heart-warming evening of community connection, and joyful music!
This special event brings together neighbours, friends, and community members from all walks of life for a memorable holiday celebration.

- A warm welcome and time to explore the beautiful setting of St Luke’s Church
- Delicious refreshments including mince pies, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate — perfect for a cosy winter evening
- A chance to connect, chat, and learn more about Community Corner, SMART, Community Champions, the Sing for Breathing choir, and our Neighbourhood Navigation work.
- Special guest performances and a joyful holiday sing-along led by our event organiser, featuring beloved holiday songs for everyone to enjoy
