Christian Ministry Leaders' Summit

WHO:
The Philadelphia Council of Clergy wants to serve MINISTRY LEADERS! This Summit ISN'T for your pastor or even your team. It is for YOU—the leader(s) or point person(s) of a ministry or ministry team - whether staff, bi-vocational, or volunteer.

WHAT:
Unlike typical leadership events, this gathering connects leaders of similar types of ministries. You’ll meet, pray, learn, grieve, and celebrate together. It’s a space for shared passion, peer encouragement, and (for those who want it) collaboration!

HOW:
A powerful one-day event featuring worship, prayer, speakers, and breakout sessions. The first breakout is what makes this unique: You’ll gather with leaders from the churches and organizations who serve the same people-group as you for prayer, discussion, and connection. Lunch will be served in these groups to continue building relationships around the table!

MINISTRY LEADERS FOCUS:

Though all Assistant Pastors and Ministry Leaders are welcomed, we're specially targeting 8 Ministry Genres this year: Womens Ministries, Mens Ministries, Teen/Young Adult, Homeless, Pr*son, Prayer/Healing, Outreach & Evangelism, and Marriage Ministries. We'll also have a special cohort for Pastors Wives.

WHY:
