About this Event
You’ll be gently guided through a mindful experience that blends vegan craft chocolate, resonant Tibetan singing bowls and meditative practices, inviting a playful yet deeply restful state. Designed to help you slow down and tune in, this session encourages a deeper awareness of taste, sound and sensation.
Each chocolate is made in the craft chocolate tradition, celebrating the natural flavours of the cacao bean while supporting a sustainable and ethical production chain. The chocolates are thoughtfully paired with specific Tibetan bowl sounds, allowing vibration, flavour and awareness to come together.
For this workshop we will focus on introducing four local Scottish craft chocolate brands.
Weather permitting, we may step into the garden for a short outdoor meditation, offering a quiet moment to connect with your surroundings.
You’ll leave feeling grounded and restored, with a small chocolate treat to continue the experience at home.
A gentle, sensory-rich event designed to restore balance, calm the nervous system and reconnect you with your senses.
All genders welcome. You are invited to participate in ways that feel right for you – please get in touch with any queries.
The venue is wheelchair accessible – please let us know if you’re attending in a wheelchair. We will be sitting on cushions on the floor but we can also provide a chair upon request. The chocolate is vegan but not sugar free.
Please note: sound experiences are not suitable for all bodies. We recommend reviewing the KOA Terms and Conditions and the sound guidance on their website before booking.
