Circus Skills Workshop
A playful introduction to balance, coordination and creative movement
This hands-on workshop invites participants to explore a range of circus skills including juggling, balance, coordination and simple object manipulation in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment.
Through guided exercises and playful practice, participants are encouraged to experiment, make mistakes, laugh, and discover what their bodies and hands can do. The focus is on curiosity, confidence and enjoyment rather than performance or technical achievement.
The workshop is designed to be inclusive and accessible, offering different levels of challenge so that everyone can take part in a way that feels right for them.
What the workshop includes
- Introduction to basic juggling, balance and coordination skills
- Simple exercises with scarves, balls, hoops and balance props
- Playful challenges and creative exploration
- Space to develop confidence through movement and practice
- A relaxed, encouraging atmosphere

No prior experience is needed. All equipment is provided.
