TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW AND EXCEPT FOR THE EVENT ORGANIZER’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT IF SUCH CAUSES OF LIABILITY ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE UNDER RELEVANT LAWS BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS AND HEREBY RELEASE THE EVENT ORGANIZER THE VENUE EVENT SPONSORS RESTAURANTS PARTICIPANTS VENDORS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES OWNERS OPERATORS AGENTS REPRESENTATIVES CONTRACTORS AND VOLUNTEERS FROM ALL RISK LIABILITIES DAMAGES CAUSES OF DAMAGES EXPENSES HARMS CLAIMS SUITS AND ACTIONS RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT AND/OR ATTENDING THE EVENT INCLUDING THOSE ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN A PUBLIC GATHERING INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• EXPOSURE TO FOOD ALLERGENS OR FOODBORNE ILLNESS INCLUDING NOROVIRUS FOOD POISONING OR ANY OTHER ILLNESS RELATED TO FOOD OR BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION. NOTE: CERTAIN FOODS MAY BE SERVED RAW OR UNDERCOOKED AND MAY NOT BE HEALTHY FOR CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS PRONE TO RISKS FROM SUCH FOODS.
• UNEXPECTED WEATHER CONDITIONS SUCH AS WIND RAIN HAIL LIGHTNING OR HEAT.
• THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY DUE TO TEMPORARY INFRASTRUCTURE—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TENTS SIGNAGE TABLES OR PORTABLE RESTROOMS—THAT MAY SHIFT TIP OR BECOME UNSTABLE DUE TO WIND OR OTHER FORCES.
• YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE RISK AND POTENTIAL INJURY OR HARM TO YOURSELF RELATING TO INCIDENTS OF ACTS OF TERRORISM CIVIL UNREST OR OTHER ISSUES OR EMERGENCIES OUTSIDE THE CONTROL OF THE EVENT ORGANIZERS OR THE EVENT LOCATION.
• INJURY OR DEATH RESULTING FROM ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT.
• VIOLENCE FROM THE OTHER ATTENDEES.
• LOST DAMAGED OR STOLEN BELONGINGS.
• Right to Refuse Entry; Rules
The event and the property owner each reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest engaging in disruptive unsafe or inappropriate behavior as determined by the event organizer’s sole discretion without refund. You acknowledge this risk and agree to abide by all rules notified to you at the event including oral warnings or notices while attending the event.
• Photography & Media Release
By entering the event grounds you consent to being photographed filmed or recorded for promotional use by the organizers and sponsors and provide the event organizer’s the right to use such photographs films recordings including your likeness in any manner and any media for promotion of the event the organizer’s business or the event location. You hereby waive all rights to royalties or compensation for use of such media.
• No Reentry Policy
Reentry is not permitted once a guest has exited the event grounds unless otherwise stated.
• Food & Beverage Availability
Tasting portions are available while supplies last. Participating restaurants bars and offerings are subject to change without notice.
• Evacuations and Safety Precautions
If necessary you must follow instructions from the event organizers the venue or emergency personnel related to evacuation or safety precautions.
