On April 18, I’m opening the yard, dropping the needle, and firing up the grease.
This year tried me. I’m still here.
What started as a birthday gathering has turned into something bigger — a fish fry rooted in lineage, powered by vinyl, and built on community. If you know Detroit, you know what a fish fry means. It’s fellowship. It’s resilience. It’s how we show up for each other.
