To celebrate Charlie Mackesy’s new book Always Remember: The Boy the Mole, the Fox, the Horse and the Storm, the much loved British illustrator will be hosting another book signing at Fortnum & Mason, for those who weren’t able to attend our first event last year.
British artist, illustrator and author Charlie Mackesy - who is a big fan of Fortnum’s and even described us as the “cake capital of the world” - began his career as a cartoonist, before becoming a book illustrator. His award-winning work has been featured in books, galleries, school classrooms, hospital wards, prisons and public spaces around the world. His first book, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse was published in October 2019 and has now reached over 10 million readers around the world.
The book signing with Charlie will take place in the Library on the Third Floor of our Piccadilly home, followed by a standing, buffet style afternoon tea in our Food & Drink Studio for guests to enjoy after they’ve had their book signed.
