Welcome to our Charity Retro!

Do you want to head into 2025 with some personalised goals, based on your experience of 2024?

A Retro (short for Retrospective) is a fantastic tool for reflection and planning. In this session we'll take you through this fun and creative approach to reflect on your past year and begin to plan for 2025. By the end of the 90 minutes, you'll have gained some fantastic, personalised insights from 2024 and used these to build your personal priorities for 2025.

Your Facilitators: We (Lucy and Hannah) are experienced facilitators and change leaders who run our own businesses (Facilitation Mindset and Lead-well.org) and love to use retros in our work!

And what's more, we're raising money for charity! 50% of the ticket price (after eventbrite fees) will be donated directly to Mind, the mental health charity.
