About this Event

A screening of the Czech documentary Change My Mind will be followed by a live virtual discussion with director Robin Kvapil, producer Jakub Pinkava, and criminologist and political analyst Petr Pojman.

The film confronts pro-Russia conspiracy narratives by taking their proponents directly to Ukraine’s front lines, exposing the gap between propaganda and lived reality. Through firsthand encounters, it examines how disinformation shapes perception—and what happens when those beliefs are challenged by war itself.

Following the screening, the filmmakers and expert will join via Zoom for a conversation and audience Q&A on propaganda, radicalization, and the psychological dynamics of belief in the context of Russia’s war against Ukraine.

Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided.
RSVP is recommended, and donations welcomed.
