Chakra Healing Sound Bath

Join me for a playful & colourful evening of connecting to your chakra's including a healing sound bath with crystal alchemy sound bowls, chakra drum, chakra bell and light percussion. It will be a relaxing rainbow inspired session to clear and realign your chakras.The intimate session will include:

gentle breathwork

light stretches / movement

guided chakra meditation

a healing chakra sound bath with harmonising instruments

raw cacao treats (vegan)

herbal tea gift

The session with leave your feeling more balanced, grounded and peaceful. It will enhance your overall wellbeing and help you let go of any stagnant or negative energy, feelings or blockages.

All welcome, no experience needed as the whole session is guided. Yoga matts, blankets and pillows provided. Please wear comfortable clothes. Layers and warm socks also recommended as the body temperature can fluctuate during a sound bath. Please arrive on time as very late arrivals cannot be permitted.
