Join Synergy Yoga Director Victoria Brunacci as she teaches you how to teach a full yoga class using a chair!
Chair Yoga is great for teaching at corporate offices or events, to seniors or prenatal women. Doing yoga on the chair helps aid them in poses they can't go as deep in and also gives those in a corporate office moves they can do to stretch the body during the day!
