Bio

Mikha Grumet is a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher with a focus on Vinyasa Flow, where the breath is the foundation of the practice. In her classes, movement is guided by deep, intentional breathing that anchors students in the present moment. Mikha has also studied Meridian Flow Yoga, a practice that integrates the energetic pathways of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These meridians, central to acupuncture, acupressure, and Qigong, add a subtle yet powerful dimension to her teaching.
