Chair Yoga: 6-Week Class

Classes will take place every Wednesday at 12:30 pm from April 22nd - May 27th. Please register only if you plan on attending all six classes. If you are no longer able to attend, please reach out to the instructor at [email protected] .

Chair yoga allows practitioners to perform traditional yoga postures with the support of a chair and yoga props. Chair yoga gives you the same benefits as regular yoga: flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation, and mental clarity.

Chair yoga classes are for adults. They are held on the main floor, which is accessible via a ramp. Classes are taught by certified yoga instructor Danielle Cavallacci. All participants must sign a liability waiver.
