Return to Self Sound Healing Session

Return to Self is an intimate sound healing group session designed to bring you back into alignment with your body, your breath, and your truth. With the first sessions held on April 22 and May 3, these recurring sessions offer a grounding and restorative experience through sound, stillness, and gentle intention setting.

Feel free to come to one or both sessions.

This space is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a reset. Through soothing frequencies and a supportive, safe environment, you’ll have the opportunity to release built-up tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner self.

Come as you are. No expectations, no pressure. Just a moment to pause, soften, and return home to yourself. ✨

You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or whatever makes you feel comfortable. We will have yoga mats available at the studio for you as well. 🤍
