*Join our class, a carefully blended combination of simple and easy-to-do seated movements and gentle seated exercises- all to music …. and it’s GREAT FUN!

* Nothing to learn, previous experience not required - full guidance given

* Led by Gail Stewart, former NHS nurse, with 20+ years experience as a leader and practitioner of The Dance Of Life and similar related health-promoting activities
