Join the Lyora Matta First Nations Cultural Hub for a special cultural workshop celebrating and respecting the vibrant identity of Torres Strait Islander peoples. This event offers a meaningful opportunity to deepen understanding and appreciation of Torres Strait Islander traditions, knowledge, and ways of life.

Guided by Torres Strait Islander culture keepers, participants will engage in storytelling, cultural sharing, and hands‑on activities. Attendees will hear lived experiences, explore cultural practices, and gain insight into the rich heritage that continues to shape Torres Strait Islander communities today.
