Join us for a unique Vivid Sydney experience like no other on Sydney Harbour.
Join digiDirect and Sony for a very special event aboard the stunning Hamptons Sydney vessel and capture the magic from sea level. Cruise under the stars where you'll be surrounded by the electric glow of Vivid Sydney’s installations, a 360° visual feast you won’t forget from Sydney's very best vantage points during our evening Vivid Sydney experience.
If you're not a Sony shooter, don't worry! This event is for photographers, videographers and creators of all levels. Whether you're a novice with a smartphone or a seasoned pro, you'll be able to capture incredible views and talk to industry experts.
Food and drinks will be provided throughout the evening. The bar will also be open, offering a selection of spirits for purchase. Hamptons Sydney practices the responsible service of alcohol and has the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any patrons who may appear intoxicated. Hamptons Sydney may also ask for proof of ID as required, so please ensure you have ID on deck.
Attendees will receive a $50 digiDirect voucher for their next online purchase (to be sent via email after the event) and swag to take away!
IMPORTANT: Attendees must be at King St Wharf 6 - by 5:15 pm for a 5:45 pm embarkation.
We have a strict allotted 10 minute window at the dock, so at the embarkation point on time. The boat will leave at the allotted departure time so any patrons not on board by this time, will miss the cruise. Tickets cannot be refunded in the event the boat is missed.
Bring your camera gear, and remember to bring plenty of memory cards and charged batteries. Tripods are welcome, although we can't guarantee everyone will have the opportunity to use them. We are also not strict on branding, so it doesn't matter if you're using a different brand's camera on the event night - it's all about the experience. Sony will have gear available to test on the night - please ensure you bring an SD card if you would like to test their cameras and take your images home with you. We also recommend wearing warm clothing suitable for a Wintery evening on the water to ensure your comfort.
This is a ticketed, private event with limited places, and it's sure to be an unforgettable Vivid Sydney experience.
