Celebrate Renton's Hat Trick!

City of Renton and our partners are celebrating a true "Hat Trick"! Delivering three distinct public spaces simultaneously, the completion of these public spaces is a massive win for downtown vibrancy, just in time for an influx of summer events and excitement.

These three projects—Legacy Square, the Renton Market, and the revamped Piazza Park—form the "HEART Block," a great example of mixing urban renewal and economic development goals to create a cohesive destination that welcomes the community – filled with gathering spots, arts and culture activities and retail opportunities that reflect Renton’s character.

We’re kicking things off in style with former Seattle Sounders player Brad Evans, a performance by the Hazen Highlander Marching Band, and a full lineup of live entertainment throughout the day.

You are invited to take your first steps onto the brand‑new mini‑pitch, enjoy food and beverages, tour the new Renton Market, enjoy games, activities, and open seating space across all three locations, and experience the energy of a space built for community connection.
