For anyone living on alert.
Be witnessed. Find relief. Feel less alone.

We move through our days managing pressure, expectations, and what others need from us.
Staying ready. Staying careful. Staying composed.

And still, we carry what does not settle on its own.

The people we worry about.
The conversations we rehearse but never have.
The feeling that something could go wrong if we let our guard down.
The quiet strain of holding it together.
The exhaustion that comes from always being “okay.”

Anxiety does not live only in the mind.
It lives between people, in roles, relationships, and responsibilities we did not always choose.

You do not need a diagnosis to recognize this.
And not everything calls for therapy.

But everyone deserves a place to slow down, feel what they are carrying, and be witnessed without having to explain or perform.

What Is Catharsis Theater?

Catharsis Theater is a trauma-informed, psychodrama-inspired gathering that uses experiential group methods to help participants process emotions, restore connection, and find emotional release.

Not therapy. Not a performance.
No diagnosis. No fixing.
Just presence, honesty, and release.
