ABOUT THE BOOK
Graveyard of Skinny Jeans (Burning Eye Books, 2026) delivers a darkly comic, unflinching look at modern womanhood - where satire meets heartbreak, and the mess of relationships, identity, and expectation is laid bare. This collection spares no blushes.
PRAISE FOR GRAVEYARD OF SKINNY JEANS
“Gorgeously gallous and painfully true. Funny, sexy, weird and close to home. Like a voice note from a best pal or a phonecall from your big sister. Spares no punches in detailing the joy-ride and heartache of being a woman in an increasingly ruthless world.” Kate Ireland
“Painfully funny and relatable. Every 30 something woman will be laughing, cringing and maybe unplugging Alexa for a wee while.” Bee Asha
“Cat Hepburn is a Hot Girl Poet™️—and so are her words. Hot. Funny. Disconcerting. For the party-rats-turned-mums, for ride-or-die friends, and for the inner thirteen-year-old-girl, our “motherboards,” Cat’s poems are a guide for growing older while appreciating what came before. Full of gut-punching contrasts, Graveyard of Skinny Jeans is laugh-out-loud one moment, techno-creepy and dystopian the next. Don’t miss this superb follow up to Cat’s poignant odes to #Girlhood in all its forms.” Demi Anter
‘‘A book which at the heart celebrates the joyous chaos of your thirties and having your female friends as your soulmates through it all. Funny, honest and moving. You must read it!’’ Amelia Bayler
