Hello!!!Welcome to Casual Conversations with Sound
We are continuing our Sound Series with Yanina Lisseth Chicas
Sunday evening March 22nd starting at 6pm
This is a nondenominational sound practice that honors sound, energy, frequency and vibration. All of which is within us. It is an inclusive and safe space where everyone is invited, regardless of their personal beliefs or spiritual background.
We invite you for social time and meet others while Yanina sets up her instruments. Talk to Yanina and others in the community during this time after you find your spot or just rest peacefully. Then experience the Sound Journey with connectivity of knowing a little about who is next to you. After the Sound Journey ends, you are invited to just relax and decompress. No need to rush and leave. Too often we roll up our mats and leave. We miss the opportunity to talk about the sound experience with friends, others, or the practitioner. Here we are creating a space to allow that time. We are connecting people and supporting community.
Cost - $25
Date - Sunday February 22nd
Time - 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Time break down:
6:00 to 6:45pm - social meet and greet time
6:45 to 8:30ish - Sound Journey
8:30ish to 9:00 - social time to talk and relate
