About this Event
What are you carrying that truly belongs to you — and what are you ready to let go of?
Join us for Week 5 of The Art of Choosing Yourself, a creative and empowering workshop designed to help youth reflect on identity, boundaries, and personal responsibility through hands-on art.
In this interactive session, participants will design and personalize their own tote bags and keychains while exploring what it means to “carry what’s yours” — your values, your goals, your healing, and your growth.
What We’ll Explore:
💛 Understanding personal responsibility vs. emotional burden
🧠 Letting go of expectations that aren’t ours to hold
💬 Identifying what aligns with our authentic selves
❤️ Building confidence through self-expression
Interactive Activity:
Participants will create custom DIY tote bags and keychains that reflect what they choose to carry forward — serving as daily reminders of their strength, identity, and boundaries.
This session offers a safe, welcoming space for creativity, reflection, and meaningful conversation — blending art with personal growth.
