What to Expect:
High-Energy Workouts:
Join us for a mix of Soca-inspired Rebounding, Yoga, Strength Training, & Zumba workout sessions that will have you sweating and smiling!
Music:
Vibe to the sounds of Soca Music to keep the energy up while you move and groove.
Community Vibe:
Connect with fellow fitness enthusiasts and Caribbean Culture Lovers as we prepare for the 2026 Tampa Bay Carnival together! This is a community event, so invite your friends and family to join in the fun!
What to Bring:
Bring water, high socks or leggings for Soca Bounce, a workout mat, and a sweat towel for your workout! Optional items will be to bring your flags, rags, bandanas, whistles, etc to bring in all the Carnival Vibes!
What to Wear:
Wear Comfortable attire to be able to workout, sweat, dance and get in the Carnival spirit!
