Description
Recharge and refresh in our first caregiver respite session of 2026! Enjoy gentle yoga stretches, soothing breathwork, and mindfulness exercises crafted to release tension, restore focus, and leave you feeling rejuvenated.
Caregivers who require childminding can leave their youths at a parallel activity on ‘Money Management’, where members will learn to match and sort different Singapore notes and coins. Through experiential learning, members can experience a fun simulation, each member will be given mock notes and a shopping list to practice their new money management skills. Members will be supported by volunteers from SUSS.
Light refreshments will be provided for both caregivers and members.
IMPORTANT
- Only 1 caregiver for the workshop due to limited capacity. (Caregiver can be parent/sibling/helper)
- Members will be supported by friendly SUSS volunteers and staff.
About
BlissYogaSG was founded in 2015 by Parul Chaturvedi, a Certified Yoga & Mindfulness Educator and Teacher Trainer with specialized training in working with children, including those with diverse and special needs. Over the past decade, Parul has taught yoga, mindfulness, and emotional regulation to children across Singapore in studios, schools, and educational institutions. What began as a passion for children’s yoga has evolved into a deeper mission: to make holistic well-being, emotional resilience, and self-regulation accessible to children, educators, and families.
Today, BlissYogaSG is dedicated to empowering educators, parents, and schools with inclusive, practical, and body-based tools—through yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and creative practices—to support children’s emotional, physical, and social development. At the heart of our work is the belief that well-being is not an add-on, but a foundation for lifelong learning, connection, and growth.
