Caregiver Connections
The Caregiver Connection Wellness Event is a free, supportive gathering designed to nurture the well-being of caregivers of all ages through education, connection, and self-care.
Attendees can participate in engaging workshops, wellness activities, and resource sessions focused on stress management, health tips, and community support. This event provides an opportunity for caregivers to recharge, build meaningful connections, and discover tools to enhance their physical, emotional, and mental wellness.
Saturday, June 6 | 11 am – 3 pm — Community Wellness Retreat
Featuring a moderated guest speaker panel and PBS documentary film screening excerpt "Caregiving," complimentary wellness workshops, spa stations offering hand and back massages, aromatherapy and flower essence herbalist sessions, a community resource fair, and light refreshments.
Sunday, June 7 | 10:45 am — Caregiver Appreciation Worship Service
A community worship service celebrating and affirming the caregivers in our midst. Open to all, no registration required.
Self-care gift bags for attendees while supplies last. Light refreshments served.
This event is free and open to caregivers of all ages and backgrounds. Workshop sign-up required — space is limited.
