This workshop is designed for Black early career to mid-level professionals looking to navigate professional spaces with greater confidence, authenticity, and self-awareness.
We’ll explore common barriers around insecurity, belonging, workplace expectations, and professional growth, while providing practical employer insight and industry understanding to help attendees adapt intentionally without losing their identity.
Attendees will leave with a stronger understanding of workplace culture, professional confidence, and how to grow with clarity, purpose, and authenticity in their careers.
