Kelly Smith is a seasoned business and brand strategy leader with over two decades of experience working with C-suite clients to transform organizations and elevate brands. Formerly a Vice President and Managing Creative Director at LPK for over 14 years, Kelly is now Partner & Lead Consultant at Thinkhaus Idea Factory, a fully remote agency he started in 2017.

An expert in brand innovation, communication strategy, and organizational transformation, Kelly has guided clients through initiatives such as vision and mission development, employer branding, audience segmentation, and executive coaching. His work spans B2B and B2C environments, with a proven track record of crafting impactful brands and driving organizational success.

Kelly is also a writer, speaker, and guest lecturer, sharing expertise on a wide range of topics related to business strategy, brand strategy, and communication programs through workshops and speaking engagements.
