Winter is the time when horrendous pruning is easily seen on dormant deciduous plants. Spring Grove's Horticulture Team will discuss pruning that is within the best accepted practice for any selected tree or shrub. They will explain the different types of pruning that can be done to plants. Remedial pruning will also be discussed to improve plant structure and appearance. You will go home with your questions answered and ideas to try in your landscape. This seminar will be indoors in the Historic Office, located just inside the main entrance of the cemetery. Registration is required. Registration will open on January 22, 2025, at NOON. Your $5 donation will go to the Heritage Foundation to further efforts in education, preservation, and community outreach.
