About this Event

What are Moon coaching circles?

Our coaching circles are a six-month, group coaching programme for women, run by Amanda Davie.

Who is it for?

Any woman who wants to commit to helping herself grow and succeed in work and life. To give you a flavour, typically our circles comprise a variety of self-employed women, start-up founders or small business owners, administrators, C-level leaders and non-executive directors. Expertise and sector-wise, we run the gamut of healthcare, legal, financial services, HR, technology and the charity sector. And women’s ages range from ~30 through to retirement.

Some women come wanting to change careers, get a promotion, find a better work-life balance, overcome difficult relationships, build their resilience or move from feeling stuck to thriving again. Whatever a woman’s goal or obstacle in her way, we will harness the collective experience, inspiration and wisdom from the group, along with Amanda’s coaching capability, to enable her to move forward with confidence and clarity.

How does it work?

We curate a group of up to eight women who want to come together in person and work on their career or professional growth. In each session, a safe and encouraging environment is created for these women to do their best and bravest thinking. Our women identify goals or skills growth areas, inspire one another, work together to overcome barriers to success, learn how to coach each other and implement strategies for success and growth.

The high levels of trust and intimate bonds nurtured enable the group to feel ‘in it together’ and that together they are stronger and more capable because they have one another. This camaraderie lasts beyond the programme, enabling our women to move more confidently through their careers with enhanced support and a sense of belonging.

How much is it?

We want this programme to be affordable to everyone, so have set out three price bands:

  • Price Band A: £290 (inc. VAT) - this is subsidised by the Women Support Women Fund
  • Price Band B: £390 (inc. VAT) - Standard
  • Price Band C: £480 (inc. VAT) - for women who have the financial resources to support the Women Support Women Fund

The cost covers 12 hours of executive and leadership coaching, deliberately affordable so that price is not a barrier to the growth and success of women.

When is it?

The programme comprises six sessions across, broadly, six months (sometimes except for popular holiday periods e.g. August and December). All sessions are on Friday mornings from 10.30am - 12.30pm and will likely be on these specific dates:

  • Monday1st June
