Candlelit Sound Bath

Join us for an hour-long, deep-relaxation experience that will introduce you to the health and wellness benefits of the ancient art of sound healing (also known as sound bath or sound meditation)

This special candlelit sound bath is designed to be a deeply restful, immersive experience focused on resetting our intentions and regulating our nervous system. This session will leave you feeling rejuvenated and most importantly, more grounded within yourself.

Please bring your own pillow, blanket, and yoga mat. Eye pillows/masks are also suggested for a deeper experience. These items will not be provided during the session however they are essential to being the most comfortable in the experience.

This event is led by Tasha Hampton, the founder of WELLNESSTHROUGHLOVE. She is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) and meditation guide who has a deep passion for helping people regulate their nervous systems and bring more peace to healing within.
