An intimate candlelit breathwork journey, with space for just 9 people keeoing it cosy and welcoming. Reset, recharge and reconnect in a sanctuary that feels a world away from everyday life.

This is breathwork as it's meant to be felt… unhurried, deeply held, and personal.

With only 9 spaces, you'll be welcomed into Seven Sisters Sanctuary and receive genuine individual attention throughout your conscious connected breathwork journey, from hands-on acupressure to personal affirmations, all within a cosy, candlelit space.

This is a beautiful, deep, and sometimes even mystical practice. Known as ‘therapy without talking’, it can gently guide you into altered states of consciousness and leave you feeling grounded, energised, and more in tune with yourself and the world around you.

What to expect

This two-hour candlelit journey is designed to be healing, expansive, and even fun too!
✨ We’ll open with a short intention setting circle (optional)
✨ Move our bodies to a vibey track to shake off any stuck energy
✨ Settle into a fully guided breathwork session - think cosy blankets, supportive touch, and empowering affirmations
✨ Rest into a deep relaxation to integrate your journey
✨ Close with a sharing circle (optional) and a tasty piece of chocolate!

No breathwork experience needed - just bring yourself, an open heart and an open mind.

How to Prepare


💫 Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals beforehand.
💫 Wear loose, comfy clothing (nothing tight around the waist!).
💫 Bring a water bottle and journal for post-session reflections.
💫 Feel free to bring a crystal, photo or any item that enhances your experience.
💫 Mats, pillows, blankets and bolsters are provided
💫 Don't arrange anything for straight afterwards as you'll need time for integration



Who can join?


This session is open to anyone over 18 (younger participants, please email me first). It’s great for all levels of breathwork experince, whether you’re a total beginner or a regular.


⚠️ Please check with your doctor first if you have:

  • Any pre-existing heart conditions
  • Epilepsy or history of seizures
  • High/low blood pressure with a history of fainting
  • Pregnancy (not recommended in the first trimester)
  • Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or personality disorders
  • Untreated/severe PTSD
  • Pre-existing lung disease
  • Recent major surgery
  • History of stroke
  • Glaucoma/detached retina
  • Asthma (please have your inhaler nearby)

I’m Brenna Duncan, the face behind Arise Breathwork—a qualified Transformational Breath® Group Leader, intuitive life coach, and creative based in North London.

I run online & in-person 1:1 breathwork sessions and intimate group workshops at Seven Sisters Sanctuary, as well as at other London studios, festivals, on retreats, and within the corporate world.

I LOVE bringing people together in community and guiding them to reconnect back to their true selves, tapping into their inner joy, and transforming their lives—one breath at a time. I’m on a mission to share the magic of breathwork with as many people as possible!
