Join Tasha from Roks Therapy and Danielle from Divine Essence Meditations for a unique collaboration blending energetic breathwork and a soothing sound bath — designed to calm the mind, release stress, and restore balance during one of the busiest times of the year.
✨ What to Expect
- Energetic Breathwork (30 minutes) – Guided by Tasha, using music to help you connect, release, and recharge. The breathwork will help ease stress, anxiety, and low mood, leaving you feeling lighter and more grounded.
- Sound Bath (60 minutes) – Led by Danielle, as you surrender to the healing vibrations of sound bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. The candlelight and warmth of the hot room will create a serene, meditative atmosphere to help you reflect, ground, and restore.
