Join us for a 60min yoga class where you will be guided in a gentle, meditative 20min yoga flow (we ask you to bring your own blankets/cushion & or pillow etc for comfort) all the while being soothed to the sounds of live music provided by Jacob Zengerling (Holistic Guitarist). We will have candles to provide dim lighting to promote relaxation, mindfulness and overall well-being with music to enhance the sensory experience. In summary, this practice is designed to support physical and mental relaxation, making it accessible for beginners.We believe our nervous sytems need this type of practice more than ever and hope to provide a space where you feel welcome and rested by the end of practice.
We believe that yoga is more than physical movement and strive to help "off the mat" by providing free or low cost classes. With your support we would love to do more events like this so the more you show up, the more we are able to show up in return. It takes a village so lets grow together and support one another as much as we can.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one - a small number will be available first come/first serve.
Schlafly will provide a token for a free beverage after class and we invite you to stay for dinner after class.

The Yoga Buzz staff will document portions of the event for marketing purposes. I hereby irrevocably authorize Yoga Buzz to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute photos of this event for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
