After the success of their first event together, Steph and Claire are thrilled to announce a Sound Bath x Candle Workshop!A beautiful experience designed to promote self care, self love and to build connections. This event is all about dedicating time to yourself in a relaxed, cosy and uplifting setting.
- Candle Workshop: The first class will be Steph hosting a candle-making workshop where she will share hints and tips about the basics of candle making in this step-by-step class and give you the opportunity to smell a selection of botanical fragrance and essential oils to blend your own personal scent.
At the end of the course you will pour (and name!) 1 x 180ml candle.
All materials for the candle workshop are provided.
- Sound Bath: Claire will then guide you through a Sound Bath meditation experience. You will be bathed in sound waves produced by different bowls to relax you into a state of harmony with your body and mind.
