We are pleased to invite you to our Leaseholder Conference
Date: Thursday 6 November 2025 - 18:00 – 21:30
Doors will open at 18:00 with for an initial meet and greet with various Housing Teams including Leaseholder Services, Repairs and Neighbourhood Services.
Presentations followed by Questions and Answers will start at 19:00 and finish at 21:00 with a 30 minute contingency to 21:30.
Location:
You will need to pre-book your free ticket to attend in person and you will not be able to enter without one – these are limited so will be on a first come first served basis and will be limited to one per leaseholder.
The event will focus on the following areas:
- Camden’s strategic plan for our overall Housing Department
- Our newly restructured Leaseholder Services Teams - what each team does and how to contact us
- How we are driving improvements in our services to Leaseholders
- Leaseholder Frequently Asked Questions and Myth Busting
- Our Asset Management Strategy and how we plan Major Works
- Our Neighbourhoods Team - how they serve Leaseholders
- The Camden Leaseholder Forum - how you can get involved
- Our Associate Cabinet Member for Leaseholders - how they are working with Leaseholders and the teams at Camden to drive improvements
