Part One: The Winds of Fragmentation
(Susto, Miedo, Espanto, Angustia)
Wednesday, May 6th, 6:30-8:30pm
Explore the 13 emotional winds with Brittany Huehuexochtil Acosta, an Alchemical Hypnosis and Curanderismo Practitioner focused on emotional healing and lineage repair through traditional medicine.
This class will offer practical tools to begin working with the states- or winds- of miedo (fear), susto (soul loss), espanto (fright) and angustia (anxiety) as they move through your inner landscape. Through the lens of Traditional Mexican Medicine, you will be guided through a simple ritual practice and create a ritual bath to support grounding and integration.
This series of 4 workshops will be taught on the first Wednesday of each month, May through August, at Balanced Root Apothecary. Students will leave with tangible herbal ingredients, recipes, hand designed workbooks, and a general understanding of curanderismo (the healing modiality of Mexico).
