About this Event
This class is designed to complement your yoga practice by building strength, control, and stability through bodyweight and functional movement training.
You’ll develop mobility, power, and endurance while maintaining the mindful awareness found in yoga. Each session challenges both body and mind—supporting resilience, discipline, and confidence in your physical practice.
This class emphasizes intentional movement and mind–body connection, making it accessible for beginners while still offering meaningful challenge for more experienced movers.
All levels and bodies are welcome.
