About this Event
A heart opening and creativity gathering to share cacao, music, and presence in the park, after the drum circle at Trinity Bellwoods park.
This circle begins with an invitation to arrive, slow down, and connect with the moment, and an intention setting. Ceremonial grade (mild-medium dose) cacao is shared as a warm, grounding drink, creating a gentle space for openness, listening, and connection.
From there, we flow into a live music circle and jam. Voices, instruments, rhythms, and silence will all have a place. We will play medicine songs, mantras, intuitive melodies, and spontaneous collaboration emerge naturally, guided by the group rather than a fixed program.
Surrounded by trees, air, and open sky, in direct connection with the elements, you are welcome to sing, play, listen, or simply be present.
This is a space for expression, connection, and shared experience—where we create together.

This is a donation based event. Suggested donation is $10 or what you can offer from your heart.
Arrive early and follow the sound of the drums. We will be setting up near the drum circle.
