IRISH TRADITIONAL MUSIC
Cóisir brings together three of Colorado’s top Irish music talents: Jessie Burns (formerly of Gaelic Storm) on fiddle Pete Strickler on tenor banjo and Marty Smith on bouzouki and vocals. They will be joined by special guest Johnny B Connolly originally from Dublin Ireland on accordion. Cóisir pronounced much like the word “kosher” means “Party” in Irish. And the music is a party too! Cóisir performs traditional dance music from Ireland intertwined with haunting songs and original tunes.
