For this October's yoga session, we'll have a special SPOOKY yoga class featuring spine-tingling music and a fog machine. COSTUMES ENCOURAGED!

Event Details

Local neighborhood yoga instructor, Amanda, will be leading our FREE bookstore yoga session!

Every ability level is welcome.

Please bring your own yoga mat! If you do not have a yoga mat or need help getting access to a yoga mat, fill out this link here and we'll take care of it for you!

It will be a chill morning with a sequence focused on stretching and other beginning movements.
