By The Station: Open Mic

By The Station is a monthly open mic series hosted by Youth Art Exchange at our two San Francisco locations: 400 Geneva (Kapuso) and 1950 Mission(La Fenix). This is a space for performers of all kinds—musicians, poets, singers, MCs, and more—to share their voice and connect with others through live performance.

The event rotates locations each month:

📍 400 Geneca - Kapuso 🗓️ Second Fridays | 5–9 PM

• September 12
• November 14

📍 1950 Mission – La Fenix 🗓️ Second Saturdays | 1–5 PM

• October 11
• December 13

🎤 Event Schedule:

• First hour – Chill, network, refreshments
• Open Mic – Walk-up and pre-signed artists
• Youth Spotlight – 5 featured youth artists (5 mins each)
• Community Artist Slots – 5 featured performers (5 mins each)
