Buti Yoga with Luchana Gatica is a music-driven, somatic workout that mixes yoga with functional movement, primal movement, and short bursts of plyometrics.This all-levels class puts a big focus on core work, strength, and cardio, while using intuitive movement to help you shake off tension, reset your nervous system, and leave feeling grounded and confident.

About Luchana
Luchana is a 200-hour RYT and fitness instructor with 13+ years of experience teaching yoga, strength training, HIIT, Pilates, and core. She’s taught in LA, NYC, Las Vegas, and Sarasota, and says Buti Yoga is her favorite class to lead. She’s also a fitness model and co-founder of Fit & Lit Retreats, an international fitness retreat experience.
