Thinking about starting a business? Why not join our in-person 3 session short course, helping your business get off to a successful start.
The Small Business Research + Enterprise Centre is a dedicated service to help develop your business or idea. This three day short course will showcase the three key areas that may lead your business to success.
All session will take place from 10:00-12:00
- Wednesday 22nd April- 10am
Day 1: Getting started- This session will be dedicated to the starting points of building your business. We will talk you through what you need to know and think about when starting a business, and give you key tools into business research. Knowing your market, or understanding your industry can give you the competitive edge.
- Wednesday 29th April- 10am
Day 2: Building your finance model- Prepare your business financials with cashflow and sales forecast planning. Understand what you need to think about when looking at your financials and learn about the tools to help you with them.
- Wednesday 6th May- 10am
Day 3: Create a Business Plan- What do you need to consider in a business plan? A good business plan can make all the difference when trying to access finance, build your next steps, attract the correct audience and much more! This session will give you tools in taking the first steps in planning, including how to write a good business plan.
The ticket price includes access to all three sessions.

So, whether it is offering his expertise to assist with market research, facilitating business seminars, or holding 1-2-1 advising sessions with clients, Brendan is dedicated to providing the best business support possible.

We also offer 121 business advice session at £39 for the first hour and £29 for subsequent hours.
