Built to Bloom: the Founder Journey From Idea to Exit: What Founders Need to Know
About this Event

Built to Bloom: The Founder Journey

Launching a company is only the beginning. The real challenge — and opportunity — lies in learning how to grow it, sustain it, and eventually decide what comes next.

Join Women.NYC for a special Women’s History Month Power Circle featuring , founder of Send Ribbon (acquired by UrbanStems), advisor to women entrepreneurs, and creator of the founder community .

Drawing on her experience building and successfully exiting a startup, Kelly brings a candid and practical perspective on what it actually takes to navigate the founder journey. From early ideas to scaling challenges to thinking strategically about exits, she’ll share lessons learned from the front lines of entrepreneurship.

This interactive session will include guided founder exercises designed to help participants step back from day-to-day execution and think more intentionally about building companies that are resilient, scalable, and aligned with their long-term goals.

Whether you are just beginning to explore an idea or already deep into building your business, this Power Circle will offer practical insights and space for reflection alongside a community of fellow founders.
