I am hoping to create an ongoing, long-term, practical, in-person mastermind and accountability group for filmmakers and producers who want to move real projects forward—with structure, peer mentorship, and consistent check-ins.Each meeting is built around *execution*, not theory. We’ll use a simple producer-oriented format to:
Share current project status (what’s moving, what’s stuck)
Set clear next-step commitments (deadlines, deliverables, outreach, materials)
Workshop producer problems (strategy, packaging, budgeting assumptions, funding timelines, team-building)
Build better producer systems for the “invisible work” (research, tracking, applications, follow-ups, organization)
The emphasis is on learning producing by actually producing—developing the habits and practical decision-making that make projects finishable.
You bring your own projects that you want to gain traction on, whether you’re building a short, feature, proof-of-concept, web series, or other indie project. This group is designed to help you develop the habits and systems that turn “development” into real progress.
