Dr. Bitsy Carins, DC - Chiropractor: Bitsy's experience as a professional athlete has shaped her deep appreciation for optimal health and recovery, but the birth of her nieces and nephews inspired her to focus on perinatal and pediatric care. With post-graduate training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and previous experience at working with the Atlanta Birth Center, she specializes in helping mothers navigate pregnancy and beyond, as well as fostering healthy nervous system development in children.

Dr. Amelia May, PT, DPT - Pelvic Floor Therapist: Amelia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health and co-owns Genesis PT & Wellness Colorado, a holistic pelvic floor therapy practice that uses a whole-body approach, which is all one-on-one personalized treatment. Genesis focuses not only on alleviating pain, but also on empowering individuals to reclaim their active lives while feeling fully supported and validated. Amelia is passionate about empowering folks to feel their best at all stages of life, especially exercise lovers, from CrossFit and running, to pilates and barre!

Dr. Jessie Miller - Naturopathic Doctor: Jessie is the owner and practicing Naturopathic Doctor of Foundations Family Medicine. She specializes in GI, pediatrics, and all things Women's Health using the least invasive and holistic methods necessary. She provides personalized care through education, hands-on support, and evidence-based guidance tailored to each family’s unique needs. Her services include prenatal education, continuous labor support, and postpartum care to ensure parents feel confident in their choices and prepared for a meaningful birth and recovery experience.

Abby Malman, IBCLC - Lactation Consultant: Abby is an experienced International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over 10 years of expereience, having supported over a thousand families through her private practice, leading moms' groups, and teaching breastfeeding classes at a local hospital. She also spent five years at Mothers' Milk Bank and holds certifications as a birth and postpartum Doula and Infant Massage Instructor. Passionate about supporting families through birth, breastfeeding, and beyond, Abby is dedicated to helping parents navigate their journey with confidence and care.
