About this Event
Connection isn’t something you can force.
And yet, so many of us try to.
We try to say the “right” thing.
We overthink how we come across.
We hold parts of ourselves back… or give too much too quickly.
And instead of feeling closer, we end up feeling:
- disconnected
- misunderstood
- or slightly outside of ourselves
This workshop is about coming back to a simpler, more honest way of connecting.
One that feels:
👉 natural
👉 grounded
👉 and actually enjoyable
In this session, we’ll explore:
• what real connection actually is (beyond conversation)
• why connection can feel difficult or inconsistent
• the habits that block connection (overthinking, performing, withdrawing)
• how to feel more present and open with others
• how to connect without losing yourself in the process
This is not about becoming more outgoing or “better” socially.
It’s about learning how to:
👉 stay with yourself
👉 while being with someone else
