Build at 12 is our six-weekly Saturday conditioning session designed to move hard, sweat properly and connect with likeminded people.
This is not about chasing PBs or being the fittest in the room. It’s about showing up, training with intent, and building momentum — physically and socially.
Expect:
- A 50 minute strength & conditioning-focused workout
- Smart, scalable movements so all fitness levels are welcome
- A group atmosphere that feels motivating, not intimidating
- A proper sweat, good music, and time to chat before/after
Come solo, leave with new gym mates.
