Join us for the launch of the Brussels Right Questions Network: A Strategic Doing Hub. To increase the capacity of our team to talk with everyone we have selected two dates namely November 26 and November 27.
Here is a summary of what the Brussels Right Questions Network is about. Problems faced by our society are becoming more complex and our ability to implement solutions is not keeping pace (Thomas Homer Dixon 2000).
Small changes are not the basis of a winning strategy. If we are able to frame the right questions we may shift the constraints around us and create better systems experiences and solutions.
In this context we have established the Brussels’ Right Questions Network to respond to the question: “What could we do together that we cannot do apart from or in opposition to each other? How can we transform the approach in which things get done in Brussels from one solely of advocacy to inquiry so it results in actionable steps towards better outcomes for all?”
"Why should I attend?"
Given the rapidly changing environment of today it is a chance for organizations of every size to carefully examine the questions guiding their efforts: Are we solving the problem we think we are? How do we move from talking to doing?
On both dates we will run a short (period) workshop that will introduce you to the process of collective inquiry and action planning which has been developed over the course of 30 years to respond to complex community and organizational issues where the traditional problem-solving approach had failed.
This methodology has been used by the organizations such as NASA and Lockheed but also to generate a regional water technology cluster addressing a city’s opioid crisis and reconstruction of cities and regions following natural disasters or economic decline.
In our workshop Jack Ricchiuto co-founder of the Right Questions Network and Jane Rogan co-COO of the Strategic Doing Institute will explore the art of using effective questions. You will emerge with fresh clarity on the challenges you face.
There will also be an opportunity to network with other leaders facing the challenge of simplifying complexity by moving forward on a collaborative path of doing.
Now if we caught your attention please fill out the form in the comment section below and join our below core team at the end of November.
Please make sure to register because this event is invitation only and we have a limited number of seats available.
We look forward to starting a conversation with you... by asking the right question.
