Jump-Start is proud to honor four women with deep roots in community and an enthusiastic dedication to arts education. Celebrate them with us at THE BRUNCH OF CHAMPIONS on Sunday, March 15, 2026 (rain date is March 22) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at La Tuna Icehouse, 100 Probandt, San Antonio, TX 78204.

Each champion is a creator and arts educator who exemplifies the mission and vision of Jump-Start. Each is renowned for her passionate advocacy of community engagement, literacy and original performance in San Antonio and far beyond.
At La Tuna, BRUNCH guests will gather under the trees to groove on live music by Los Sin Nombres while tucking into breakfast tacos (with a vegan, gluten-free option) by Ahuevo San Anto, mimosas, fruit, coffee and sweet treats. The agenda includes a grateful recognition of Las Maestras Increíbles and their commitment to fostering creativity plus a quick live auction of a few funky, fun and fabulous items. Throughout the BRUNCH, raffle tickets may be purchased for a chance to win two passes to the already-sold-out first 3-day weekend (Oct. 2-4) of Austin City Limits Music Festival. The raffle drawing for the passes will take place at a later date.
